    Another excellent performance on On His Own yesterday following on from his success at the Aintree Festival. Despite jumping markedly to the right the rider didn’t panic and given a virtually mistake-free round his mount was able to outstay the opposition. There must be increasing pressure on Hughes as Gallagher is certainly way above average for a five-pound claimer.

    Kielan Woods is another conditional to follow. This lad is going to be a top jockey from what i’ve seen.
