April 1, 2005 at 08:04 #57453Please find an update on the racing performance of the system from 13th Oct 2004.
March performance was an interesting one – in fact I lost about 4 points (which is quite a bit of money for me ) due to holidays, so a bit unhappy about this, but more importantly the system as a whole was profitable generating 4.35 pts profit continuing the 100% record for each month. The strike rate was 50%.
Looking forward to April, this can be a tight month and will probably not generate huge numbers of bets. Lets hope at least we do not lose any money, which would be an ok April.
Oct 04 +8.78 pts 22 bets 59% s/r
Nov 04 +7.45 pts 18 bets 60% s/r
Dec 04 +4.82 pts 26 bets 53% s/r
Jan 05 +14.65 pts 26 bets 53% s/r
Feb 05 +6.66pts 21 bets 53% s/r
Mar 05 +4.35pts 16 bets 50% s/r
Good luck with Aprls bets.
April 1, 2005 at 09:20 #57459Your update makes good reading Paul. I can’t recall ever coming across anyone whose postings have made a profit in six consecutive months. A fantastic achievement. Well done.
Long may it continue. But might I just suggest that you stop taking holidays and short breaks for my sake!!!
All the best Terry.
April 1, 2005 at 18:00 #57461Yes, a fine performance, paul – by any standards.
Not a lot of bets, but a good earner for those who like to play this way. Personally, I like a bit more action, so I’m less selective and not really a major player. If I were to bet large amounts, I’d probably restrict my number of bets quite considerably unless my profitability over a long period improves. I’m content to make a small profit or break even on a relatively large number of bets at lesser stakes. The fun/interest aspect probably outweighs the profit motive for me at the moment.

April 3, 2005 at 15:28 #57468IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THOSE FOLLOWING THIS THREAD:
As we have seen over the last few months there have been various actions taken by individuals that has lead to the demise of racing forum sites eg thetipster.co.uk, key members leaving sites, which have affected members to a greater or lesser extent.
Horse racing represents a substaintial income stream for myself and the constant fluctuations of web forums is not an ideal medium for others who are following my advise. However I will be continuing to post on this site as well as developing a web site dedicated to the information I generate. When this web site is available I will provide information so that you will be able to access the selections and other relevant information.
I am sure this excellent site will continue to develop from strength to strength, such as it has over the last few years to become a very high quality source of information, debate and most importantly profit making.
However I wish to also be in control of my posting and evidence of success of the information that I have researched. This is why I have posted on more than one site.
If you wish for more information and future developments then please pm with your e mail and I will be in touch
