The man from Peru took the words out of my mouth.I too love the old world but some things need changing in order to survive.The American seen takes care of everyone.The horse lovers and the players. I read a great book once about Belmont Park. If there are long lines at the windows the Secretary gets in touch with the Starter and asks for a delay until all the betters are satisfied! They hate to start while the punter still has money to give away . That is a different way of looking at a delay.
