Can’t get today’s cards or previous results — several times recently clicked on a horse with form and message states unable to find any. Happening a lot recently mainly at week ends. It would be an idea if they could post a message explaining there are problems and how long they will take to resolve.
Today’s iPad edition that should have been available at 8pm last night is still not available for download – I hope it is technical reasons and not something more serious
They have lost a server, I sent an email to the helpdesk this morning at 04.15am.
For the past year I have been reporting the same problem to them about accessing some results pages, Will Pepper and his crew would come back with the same statement (it’s a cache problem), without resolving the issue, so I informed the owners of the RP and got them to sort it out.

Pages slow to load this morning, probably a temporary problem.
A bigger issue for me is that for about 3 months on the RP site I have had a double vertical scroll bar which forces me to click on every page to scroll down it. I think RP has imposed this as it’s on all my laptop browsers.
If anyone has an idea of how to get rid of it please let me know!
Talking technical re TRF, overnight the “answer one question, ask the next” thread and all the old messages in my inbox have both disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else?
Anyone used any other type of form study?
I have just subscribed to the £1 trial on geegeez, but i have to admit, there’s something missing already.
i do enjoy having access to the articles on the RP as well as their form, however, they don’t deserve the money they, considering their levels of service.

This is normally caused by an add-on affecting the page size, sometimes it will go away by a simply rebooting your system.
I have occasionally had 2 scrollbars appear with popup windows in Firefox, the culprit I found was the Malwarebytes addon I was running, sometimes disabling an addon then enabling it again will also fix the problem.

Thanks Mike. I disabled AdBlock and that got rid of the second vertical scroll, however, a horizontal scroll appeared! Tried more enabling, disabling and rebooting but no joy. Decided it’s better to have to click with no ads than click with them because they are outwith the normal width of the page. This is all on Google Chrome. I have no AdBlock or anything on Firefox and on that browser I get a horizontal scroll because the ads are too big and thus have to click. The RP has ruined its site!
I was having a problem yesterday in that every time I opened a race card all my settings disappeared and I had to reset them for every card as I looked at it
Clearing cokies semed to solve that one
GoldenMiller34 – This is all on Google Chrome.
This has been an ongoing problem with Google Chrome for some time, have you tried uninstalling your Chrome browser, then doing a fresh install, this has been known to solve the problem with the 2 scroll bars.
First make sure you have a copy of Chrome before you uninstall your chrome browser.
