Of course not. The rules are perfectly unclear. The authorities will apologise to Mr.Henderson and see that this does not happen again.

Another unstimulating variant on the Old Etonian chant.

What evidence do you offer to support your allegation? None, of course.

Sigh…. well, carrying on chanting, please do.

whats this ""old etonian " rubbish you are going on about, are you suggesting i am anti-public school, far from it my father went to westminster and received an excellent education there, the nickname lord lambourn is used in my house to describe henderson because of his demeanor , if you knew a little more about racing you would realise that" milord " has received exceptionally lenient treatment for some of his actions.

OK Cormack lets then face the question. Did he or did he not bring racing into disrepute? Did he not send the wrong horses to the wrong meeting?
    …..
    ….. etc
Have you forgotten his testamony so soon? The past forgotten will soon be repeated.Simple questions no clear answers.

Just think this is not a bad post at all.

I believe international action is needed to make horse racing regain its reputation.
Sometimes they call "rebels" the people who write in high profile forums -such as this one. But while we are usually objective, they have n’t heard how they talk down the street and in the pubs.
We have to confront the taxmen, the "bible belt elements" and that as well.

As they might say on another forum… WALOFS!

Anyway, I’ve been dying to ask, who is this Ben Ocular chap?

    All witches need a

    familiar

, Pilsen; and Ben Ocular is the one-eyed demonic cat owned by Goody Henderson.

Hi Mr.Pilsen,do you realize you are treating me with contempt?

The alternative might be to treat you with antibiotics. Contempt is a natural remedy, and far safer.

Sorry to trample over familial humour: doubtless you all fall about in mirth when the witticism is trotted out, and good luck to you.

I’m sure your dad would be able to tell you that at Westminster School it’s not the custom to condemn people for their "demeanour" [sic.] because individuality and self-reliant confidence to stand out against the crowd are valued there – or at least they were through the times of such luminary Old Boys as Tony Benn and Nick Clegg.

Just because you like to call Henderson witty and amusing names associating him with the "privileged" aristocracy does not mean that the BHA lets him off the hook. Why not read their judgements on the various matters under discussion before claiming (falsely) that they do?

Corm’s post was spot on: right to have an enquiry, and right result too.

Well done for picking up on the typing error, by the way its nothing to do with his individuality and self-reliant confidence, definition of demeanour "the way you treat other people and your bearing".
Just out of interest have you ever met mr henderson. ?

    How do you know I’m

    not

Mr Henderson? And judging from your aversion to capital letters, perhaps you might be

    e.e.cummings

    ?

Curious. Why do you believe that we have to have

    met

someone before forming an opinion based on their reported words and deeds? Though you’re in the good company of St. Thomas and Bishop Wilberforce as far as that philosophy goes …

However, I’ll repeat what I said in another thread. I am not

    paid

by Mr Henderson (sadly). I do not

    know

    him. I have no

    wish

to know him, as I do not think he’s quite my cup of tea (sheer

    prejudice

, for which I apologise). But I detest witch hunts.

Mr.Henderson is a dead man walking. Just needs one more slip, which is probably already in the can.

Racing will be a nicer place without him.

I wonder if he backed them all, or is that a silly question?
