Why this has taken so long to be resolved is beyond me but I would have banned him for life. Any other walk of life it would be deemed gross misconduct.

April 29, 2025 at 17:46 #1728676Sounds like a complete numpty and that pathetic argument holds no water because if he had behaved in a respectful manner whilst voicing his concerns (that have been confirmed as vaild) he wouldn’t have found himself in this position.
All this is self inflicted and given his attitude (everyone should accept his agressive manner because that is who he has always been tells you all you need to know) it seems a rather lenient punishment for a second offense, especially considering the seriousness of his first offense (was convicted of assault for driving a horsebox into people directing traffic outside Chelmsford racecourse).
April 29, 2025 at 18:32 #1728696The delay in concluding this matter does seem pretty shoddy on first impression, but I don’t have any sympathy for him. He has clearly learned nothing from his previous offence, which was quite serious.
I fear that with his attitude he is a lost cause, and that sending him on an anger management course at this late stage will be a pointless exercise.
