Willow and Rowlands are the main two to listen to when it comes to Sectionals Judge. They talk a lot of sense although the former’s ramblings can put punters off.

You contradict yourself that much Gingertipster you probably could do with gelding.
You said earlier in this thread Willow was no good and in any event him and Rowlands are rarely if ever on RUK so hardly relevant to the thread.
You’re always upping bookmakers but they are absolutely pathetic in this country and are only interested in Fobt’s & football and of absolutely no use to supposedly “intelligent”, “shrewd” punters like you’re supposed to be

As am sure you know Yeats… This was Willow’s pet subject when still one of RUK’s main presenters as this type of thing first hit our screens.
Simon Rowlands is in a class of his own when it comes to explaining sectional times to the sceptical. Willow knows the subject well but (as my post above relates to) is not so good at explaining to those with little interest. If you are interested in Sectionals then Willow is worth sifting through. But Simon Rowlands is the one you should seek out.
If you genuinely wanted to know more about me Yeats, then you’ve gone about it totally the wrong way. No longer trust you and as far as I am concerned makes no difference what you think of me.
Value Is EverythingOctober 18, 2015 at 04:42 #1218116Anyone know what was the point of the RUK on screen running clock for all the races at Ascot?
Apart from the end of the race was a complete waste of time.
October 22, 2015 at 10:16 #1218465Did anyone see Nick Luck talking to Tommo on ATR, Tommo said to Nick “you’ve always wanted to be on At The Races haha” and Mr Luck just looked sheepish and said i think you said that before and really did not want to be interviewed about his horse.
Of course Mr Luck was a presenter on the original ATR but both Tommo and Nick looked a bit stupid.
I am not sure if Nick looked more stupid for not going along with the obvious gag and looking like ATR was beneath him or Tommo for going down the obvious gag route which failed miserably.
October 22, 2015 at 11:18 #1218466Briefly overheard Neesom talking about sectionals at Kempton’s jump meeting. Is it a case of losing his marbles or just trying to show you can teach an old dog new tricks? Either way a pointless exercise and he really should know better.
October 22, 2015 at 11:37 #1218469I see RUK had the running clock in operation at both Newmarket & Kempton yesterday, utterley pointless as it was at Ascot even for sectional time buffs, as you never know how far they’ve gone.
Why don’t they put all the clutter and sectional claptrap behind the red button, let the tiny minority sectional time buffs play with it till their hearts content and leave the vast majority to watch the races in peace?
