Backing two runners is the relentless pursuit of value. Backing each way is a shortcut to the poor house. Only 7% make a long term profit.

Result and points of “Quintessentially Mares Handicap Chase” the 1.15 at CHELTENHAM

Win PARTY VIBES 12/1 (points = 650 for win, 425 for EW)

    2nd THEONEWEDREAMOF 5/1 (points = 56.25 for EW, 70.93 for forecast)

    3rd REALTA LIATH 10/1 (points = 87.50 for EW)

    4th RUBY ISLAND 12/1 (points = 100 for EW)

SAINTE DOCTOR didn’t run 15 did.

The non runner is automatically replaced with your substitute runner, unless the is none then your solo runner counts as written.

The EW bets are at quarter of the odds and placed horses are just using the placed part of that bet.

    The winners this week were

John Gooch, Quelle Farce, Sergeantcecil and myself.

Wyldesyde had the no replacement for the non runner.

    Full update on page 1.

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.

    Hi Neil
Just a bit confused why this weeks scores/update are back on Page 1.
I thought it was a rolling Thread.

Might just be me getting that back to front feeling..if so..apologies. :rose: Jac

    Hi Trip (Jac)

From feedback I thought that updates on the first page so it can be instantly seen was what people was wanting. I myself liked the old formula of putting the result at the end of the topic. Monday/Tuesday I have work so sometimes have to do the updates around work. Sundays I use that to check my info but sometimes I miss things.

Understand Neil just thought it might be easier if it was like Select 3 Horses where the leaderboard is shown/updated on the most recent page each week otherwise it seems like we’re going backwards and forwards.

I’m honestly not that worried about it but it just seemed strange going back to Page 1 for updates.

Thanks for doing this Neil always appreciate the hard work put into these comps :good: Jac
