Native Coral

Having missed a lot of horses recently that I’ve been following for a while, I checked out Perth to see how many Gordon Elliott winners I’d missed, and saw that Native Coral had won at 16/1. Had a back problem for part of the season, but won at Perth last year and worth keeping an eye on now that he’s recovered. Surprised to see that he’s 12 years old, as he seems to have been around forever, but not many miles on the clock. Nicky Richards is so good at keeping these old timers sweet, and pleased to see his patience with the horse pay dividends.
