Surprised this hasn’t gone up so I’ll have a go

    Nap ) Old Park Star

Going in early but if there’s going to be a new star I reckon it’s him this year , I read some trying to knock the form of the Grade 2 win but in my eyes it was effortless

    Lay ) Gaelic Warrior

Would have been Majborough had Marine been running ( Marine being the nap ) however it’s now Gaelic , to many questions , will he pull hard , will he stay and get up the hill , when your beaten by a questionable stayer at a staying distance you’ve got to take him on , Paul is riding the back up horse wishing he he was on GDC

    Each way ) Haiti Coluers

So nearly Handstands in the Ultima however it’s Haiti , I adore bold front running jumpers who get horses in trouble , he’s that , he will also get up the hill , Pricewise has said 100% he’s a grade 1 horses and I agree , he’s also got the best Jockey on board so he has a great chance at a very fair price

HDLG… That would have been a great lay if you had taken the 33’s page 1 Gold Cup thread

NAP – Already posted Final Demand as a festival NAP on the Browns thread.. Can’t be napping that now after last time out. KOPEK DES BORDES at odds against. The vibes are right, he’s with the right team and he’s the natural 2 miler. Lulamba is respected and was been tickled throughout the year along with KDB but if the 2 and half race was still around he’d be going there

LAY – LOSSIEMOUTH You can’t write her off completely and its only for thread purposes. I think she is better at the longer distance and even if this race turns into a stamina contest which looks likely I see the The New Lion as a strong finisher over the distance. Throw in Brighterdaysahead and Lossiemouth is short enough

EACHWAY – Supreme 4 places I can EL CAIROS at nearly double figured price now getting in the mix. Not running in the DRF could be beneficial, last off the bridle

Nap. Teahupoo. No mistakes this time, just ride him like the best horse in the race, which he is. Rare form this year. 5/2 about, he’s as rock solid as any of the favourites about.

Lay- Majborough. This race has been a graveyard for fancied horses, generally down to jumping errors. I can’t be having a horse that’s chasing career has been blighter by errors on the back of one clear (albeit very good) run. Can’t be doing odds on, on a dodgy jumper, in the CC.

Each way- Like Spillanes tower in the GC at a big price. Liked his performance in Cotswold, hope Jack Kennedy rides again, think he can still improve for the trip so looks like an unexposed 8-year-old.

Nap Bass Hunter (Bumper race, Wednesday)

    Lay Dinoblue (Mares Chase)

EW One Horse Town (Triumph Hurdle)

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.

HDLG, I lazily didn’t give any reasonings sorry lol.

Yeah basically i’d probably be on his side if he had a run or two more. But Lulamba is hitting a fair old standard, it’s a massive task for me for KDB to run to Lulamba’s level with the 1 run. He could do it, but he’s a bit mental and with all this time off he might just blow up. WPM will have taken every precaution and is great getting them ready, just think he’ll come up short vs a very good horse with more runs.
Also, Kargese beat KDBs 2nd the same distance and is fitter.
