That’s Paul Jarvis.
He joined Sussex towards the end of his career and did well as an all rounder.
Here is one of my first cricketing heroes. He played throughout the 80’s and into the 90’s.

No Nathan, he played the majority of his career at Surrey before moving to Gloucs. He made his ODI debut against the West Indies and was run out 2nd ball after being sent back by Mike Gatting after running nearly the full length of the pitch. I don’t think he played for England again after that series. Gatting always was a fat lazy b*****d
