Though he’s vulnerable to a young improver, I reckon he’ll run really well and have backed him each-way. A win would be a bonus, but 3/1 the place looks big to me. The only negative is that you are riding him!
ok,what can you say?i think,that was a solid first effort,and he may have needed the run a bit.but nonetheless,at least he is fit and ready for the big one now.i will stick with him,thats for sure.
I thought he was running very well and looking strong entering the straight – and obvously others did as well as he was less than 2/1 on Betfair in-running.
However, he did drop away fairly tamely. I know it was his first run but his record fresh is very good. Must admit I thought the run was disappointing.
I thought he ran a fairly good race all things considering and though he’s not handicapped up to the hilt and up against one or two promising improvers, unlike many that will turn up we know he and Halcon will definitely stay and both act around Chepstow. Its also both of their times of year and ground will suit both.
