Plans for Shisha Threesixty are currently fluid with a number of entries made or in the pipeline.
Hexham today was bypassed as the gronud is too soft.
Kelso tomorrow is a posisbility, and i’m waiting to check tomorrow’s declarations, but it’s dpendent on the going not being too soft. It has been drying but with rain forecast today I suspect the odds are against.
Sedgefield Tuesday 13th Nov seems most likely with the going good to soft and not toom uch rain forecast in the intervening period. Need a few to come out to get into the race, but I wouldn’t see that as a problem.

November 9, 2012 at 11:01 #419508Shisha is declared for a 2m 2f novices’ handicap hurdle Kelso and will be ridden by Grant Cockburn.
There are eight runners and, to put things politely, this is not a good quality race. A top four place should be the least of expectations. A repeat of Shisha’s last Kelso run would be enough for that.

November 10, 2012 at 18:35 #419635The going at Kelso was quite testing and, like a number of the afternoon, Shisha Threesixty simply couldn’t cope with the ground. He was always last and tired when pulled up before the last. He was blowing plenty hard enough when unsaddled, so there was no lack of commitment. Lucinda Russell commented that while others were going through the ground Shisha was galloping and getting nowhere.
The plan will now be to look for better ground, with Musselburgh’s meetings being an obvious target if the right race is programmed.
My own record for racecourse owner appearances now reads 0P7U6P!
