Angel eyes 12.45 wolves 66/1
Andalaskan bear 1.15 wolves 125/1
Time Warp 1215 happy Valley 20/1
Each way singles, doubles and a treble.
Its on
No joy there,Time Warp couldn’t turn the clock back, led from the start until the home straight but got swamped on the run in and unplaced, but I did get the forecast.
On the strength of that run Time warp is a winner in waiting.January 6, 2021 at 13:09 #1516585Andalaska Bear now back to 40/1.
Must be my Fiver EW
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...January 6, 2021 at 13:28 #1516588I think Angel Eyes needs to hang up her wings for a bit and recharge her
batteries. Three days on the trot would have been a bridge too far even
for the likes of Dakota Gold. Hope the Bear does better for you Jac
January 6, 2021 at 13:37 #1516593Oops Jac, just realised that Andalaska bear had already run. I watched the
rerun and it didn’t help that she completely missed the break. I think I’m
just going to concentrate on tomorrow’s Maydan races rather than tilting at
any more windmills today
January 6, 2021 at 13:39 #1516595No such luck today Graham it was the other Fahey filly Rhode Island Girl who took the honours at 40/1..
However I don’t think Fahey brought his fillies out today for a stroll in the park as in the…
2.55 Wolverhampton
TORONADO QUEEN 3/1 .. WIN
Looks a very decent sort.Definitely my final bet today and quietly confident she will run a big race.
JacBefore Nathan gets excited she’s not by Toronado, as I thought too, but by the very useful Raven’s Pass.
JacThings turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...January 6, 2021 at 13:44 #1516597Ravens Pass a breeders cup classic winner
so many good races with the likes of New Approach and Henrythenavigator
I’ll take a look at the race and may follow you inCharles Darwin to conquer the World
January 6, 2021 at 13:49 #1516599According to ATR website the Toronado Queen is sired by Toronado
The Hannon horse in the same race Cityzen Serg is Raven’s Pass
I prefer you selection Jac, so have played a small betCharles Darwin to conquer the World
January 6, 2021 at 13:49 #1516600Good Luck with all your bets today!
I need to catch up on all the posts when I get time, you all have been busy.
Stay Safe
January 6, 2021 at 14:40 #1516605Hi Andre…lots to catch up on.. like a mini box set on here.

@Nathan
Well that makes more sense Toronado Queen by Toronado and better still out of a Halling mare..have seen both …the latter at National Stud and Halling at Dalham Hall Stud.
The RP search must have flipped up when I clicked on TQ..
Best of luck think this is going to be a good one to end the day..

Charles Darwin to conquer the World
January 6, 2021 at 15:22 #1516614He sure would Nathan.
Not a good run by TQ but the Hannon horse so impressive.
Looking back to my mistake with Ravens Pass perhaps that was an omen.Anyway Meydan Thursdays starts tomorrow so lots to look forward too. Hope you didn’t put too much on her.

I’m still up on yesterdays place money
keeping myself busy as Alex has banned me from the front room whilst he does his online school lessons
I thought he had it on mute and was singing away earlier only to find out he had unmuted it for the register..
Might have to paint the bedroom by the looks of thingsCharles Darwin to conquer the World
January 6, 2021 at 18:09 #1516638Low key start for me two selections in 3.40
Colour Image available @ 10/1 and Rasterelli a smaller bet at 16/1. both EW 1234. Sky bet are actually going first 5Good luck to all
January 7, 2021 at 00:32 #1516677Nathan until Alex allows you back in the front room you”ll have to get one of those man hole sheds to retreat to in the garden with a nice warm stove, plenty of tea and coffee and hot soup and a copy of the Racing Post. Alex could then put ITV racing on mute and you could scrape the ice off the front window and peer inside to watch.

Nice to hear Alex getting on with his online education, it’s been a difficult time for our youngsters.

I have also taken the 10/1 EW about Colour Image think he has a very nice profile and Harry Bentley rides. Here are my choices for the first two races..I was going to leave the dirt racing alone for a bit but fascinated by Vale Of Kent making his debut in Meydan.

3.05 ..6f .. Dirt
VALE OF KENT .. 16/1 EW .. Drawn 8
Just arrived in Meydan from Mark Johnston’s yard he won over 7f at Newmarket Sept.20th where he fought back to regain tbe lead in great style in the final furlong. 6f here will suit the only concern is will he like the dirt surface? Had won on the AW in the UK at most of the venues so hoping he will be up with the pace early and win or gain a place.
Rev forecast
Vale of Kent
Lavaspin
3.40 .. 1m1f Handicap .. Turf
COLOUR IMAGE .. 10/ EW .. Drawn 7
GABR.. 6/1 Win ..Drawn 1non runnerWith Nick on Colour Image ridden by Harry Bentley. He won nicely at Bath last time out and like the way he runs up with the pace which you really need to do on this track.
Can’t leave out Gabr who has a nice low draw and the top trainer on the dirt in Dubai.. Doug Watson..:good:
Rev. Forecast on both
Only 5 races tomorrow will look at the later ones when my first horses have run . Best of luck everyone..Jac

3.05 Taamol 16/1 Bet365
He seems pretty versatile over various distances. He has won here
over 7f and also over the same distance at Abu Dhabi. He was beaten
a shd over 6f at Jebel Ali and a winner over 1m at the same track,
albeit the last of those was almost a year ago. He’s by Helmet who
happens to be the sire of Thunder Snow, a double Dubai World Cup
winner, and is well drawn in stall 3. It’s a pretty open race but
I think the 16s is big enough to take a chance on him.3.40 Sanad Libya 20/1 5 places Skybet
Taking a bit of a chance that he can transfer his dirt runs to turf.
He’s 2 wins from 5 and last time out here he battled back after being
headed and took the odds on scalp of Real World (by Dark Angel) who
looked a very smart odds on winner for Godolphin the time before at
Chelmsford coasting home 5L clear. He’s youngest in the race at 4
(along with Colour Image) and probably open to improvement.Like you Jac I’ll leave it at the 1st 2 races and see how it goes. I
might even do the rev f/c with Vale Of Kent in the 1st and Colour
Image in the 2nd. It’s not the 1st time we’ve had the f/c between
us so I think it’s worth taking the chance. Best of luck
