Well maybe he should
December 27, 2021 at 14:05 #1574820in his defense Graham, he did beat the favorite……
December 27, 2021 at 14:21 #1574827Main bets today are in the Welsh National. I’d already backed Highland Hunter
at 10s but I see he’s out to 12s and Discordantly at 20/1 7 places William Hill.
I decided to back another Achille and fortunately I got 18/1 7 places WH as
I see he’s into 14s now.Good luck anyone having a go today.
December 27, 2021 at 14:28 #1574830Good Luck with your bets in the Welsh National Graham!
December 27, 2021 at 14:39 #1574838Lol Andre, It’s small consolation he beat the fav but I
suppose that’s somethingYep looking forward to the Welsh National, I don’t normally
have 3 but with William Hill going 7 places it’s hopefully
worth it.I hope you enjoyed your Christmas with your family all there,
best of luck if you’re throwing your hat into the ring todayDecember 28, 2021 at 13:43 #1575098I thought Highland Hunter ran a great race, just found 1 too good.
At least Achille covered me with his place in 4th.Looking at the Christmas Hurdle at 1.45 Leopardstown today, it’s hard
to see past Klassical Dream if he runs to his best, but I think Saldier
is too big at 25/1 4 places Skybet so I’ve had a few quid e/w on him.I hope you’re all having a great Christmas
December 28, 2021 at 13:58 #1575107We celebrated on Boxing Day and it was really nice having the kids home. Now the house is quiet again. The post Christmas blues have set in. Hope you had a good Christmas as well.
Lots of good racing today – I finally get to see three of my TTF horses today… The first one just romped home (Klassical Dream). What an easy looking winner, making all the running over 3 miles. Two more to go at Leopardstown – A Plus Tard in the 2:20 & Galopin Des Champs in the 2:55.
Good Luck with the rest of your bets today!
December 28, 2021 at 14:07 #1575110Well it went the way I thought with Klassical Dream, just not Saldier
who doesn’t look in love with the game at the moment and was pulled up.It’s a bit the same in the Savills Chase at 2.20. A Plus Tard surely wins
this barring accidents, but again I think one is too big, and that’s Melon
at 25/1, so I’m having a few quid e/w there and then I’m done for the day.December 28, 2021 at 14:11 #1575111– A PLUS TARD for me here big G
Janidil and melon have obvious claims after the John Durkan and the race wasn’t too soon for Tornado at Kempton but I half fancy Samcro to run well here.
Second in this a few years ago when 4/6 favourite was a good second last time out in early November. Expecting a procession behind Racheal Blackmore…..
Samcro each wayDecember 28, 2021 at 14:50 #1575134Ughhhh – what a finish…. all my yelling at the TV didn’t help APT get home. Galvin was storming home. Another TTF disappoint – it’s not my season Hope they pay four places for you Graham…
Galopin up next…….
December 28, 2021 at 14:55 #1575138Well done with Klassical Dream, Andre, but that was agonysing with A Plus Tard
and Melon was 4th Hopefully Galopin Des Champ can get you back on the
straight and narrow.
Best of luckDecember 28, 2021 at 14:56 #1575140No just 3 places in that one Andre
December 28, 2021 at 15:01 #1575142I gave APT the kiss of Sam!!
Henry De Bromhead introduces an interesting sort in the bumper at 3.30 Tag Man ran very well behind Amarillo sky 650 plus days ago and was snapped up for 135 k and sent to De Bromhead. Amarillo sky now rated 131 not a huge rating for the sort needed to win here but a good starting potential mark.
They have chosen a festival to introduce him at a high level. The yard have no record in this race normally dominated by W.P. Mullins.
So they are making a bold statement.
I may be reading too much into it but at 12/1 or better I think it is worth a small each way.December 28, 2021 at 15:01 #1575143Wow Andre, he just galloped them into the ground
December 28, 2021 at 15:22 #1575154Thanks Sam, I’ve got a few quid on at 11s. Hopefully he can do
the businessDecember 28, 2021 at 15:37 #1575162Sorry big G that will alter the champion bumper market.
Redemption day never needed to come out of neutral!!!December 28, 2021 at 15:46 #1575166No bother Sam, he ran a good enough race, but the fav looked pretty good
