Was badly hampered 2 out in the 4:15 at Cartmel. While seriously injured and just running on 3 legs the jockey tried to pull him up, but the horse fell on its knees with the jockey still on him. Looked very bad and all the bad things at Cartmel recently seem to happen on the far side of the course.
Whether the low sun or anything else is to blame, I don`t know. However it is very sad for a horse to get injured like that.
