    I don’t really follow the flat, even less so the irish action but interested to see people’ views of this appointment. I’m slightly surprised as in my view he’s hardly a big name jockey.

    he is the most underrated jockey in Ireland! I’m delighted for him, a nicer guy you could not meet, always gives his best! A great finish rider, I wish him all the best!

    Think it is a good choice. Doesn’t make many mistakes and is good in a finish. Style will suit both John Oxx and the Aga Khan. If they have G1 horses next year the jockey won’t be a negative.
