I have had a CD from back in the 80s. He had greyer hair then than he does now.

But 80 is some age to be doing what he’s doing. I wonder if he would still be doing it if he hadn’t turned to vegetarianism.

Love The Beatles, love Wings, love his solo stuff although his last few albums haven’t been as good. Will be watching later as I can still hear Nile Rogers playing the Piece Hall at present.

Of course the The Beatles are the pinnacle but at the moment I’m listening to Wings more , Band on the Run is a brilliant album , one of the best of the 70s

Utterly amazed he’s headlining Glasto at 80. Herbie Hancock was also playing this weekend (though I don’t think his set was televised) at 82.

They had Noel Gallagher on earlier, possibly the first time Glastonbury has had the tribute act on as a warm up for the real thing.

I remain utterly astonished that Liam has had the better post-Oasis career.

Grew up with The Beatles, as older bro always bought their albums as soon as released.
But despite me being 60 and should really still like Mc Cartney his music is boring as ####. For a Sat nite headliner at Glasto it is sh#te.
Oh, how i’d roll back the years to 2017 and Foo Fighters.

Foo fighters can’t even remotely touch him …. It’s like comparing a vintage whiskey with a bottle of mad dog

His music is as bland as bland can be.

So, when are AC/DC going to headline? Should shake up the Lefties annual gathering
