    Right, I’m suggesting that no one EVER again calls a race a ‘match’ between two horses, it just never works! If 2009 was a record breaking year, 2010 seems to be a match breaking year. Consider:

    Kauto Star vs Denman Gold Cup… Imperial Commander wins, KS falls

    Rachel Alexandra vs Zenyatta Apple Blossom… RA pulls out due to bad prep, Zenyatta beats trees

    Goldikova vs Paco Boy Prix de Jacques Marois… Makfi beats both

    Starspangledbanner vs Equiano Nunthorpe… SSB finishes second to 100-1 shot, Equiano trailed off

    Canford Cliffs vs Makfi QEII… CC pulled out

    Just seems to be a recipe for something going wrong! :lol:

    It’s ridiculous that those races are billed as match races but the fools are the ones wh buy into it and only consider one of the two when making a selection
