I’ve gone for Soligino after the group owners good day yesterday.

I’ve ticked Hollow games and What’s up darling , Hollows has run well here before and What’s up Daring shapes like a horse needing a step up , also has some nice form in the book

Up on the meeting so I can afford to go in three handed: What’s Up Darling, Quai De Bourbon and Sonigino.

I thought Danny gave Pied Piper a half decent ride earlier, I’ll have BETTER DAYS AHEAD for fun times. Ran ok behind Asian Master and Slade Steel last two starts. Gets further so ground and the hill could be a positive.

Thanks. Nice to finish on a winner, on to Dundalk and Newcastle. The fun doesn’t stop.

I know most of them are conditionals but there was some real brain dead rides out there and it looked to me like the one who got the best ride won. Worth remembering next year, the ‘banker’ horse is only as good as its rider in this race.

A special prize for good behaviour to Patrick Wadge, the only one who didn’t get a day’s holiday for misconduct at the start. Does this happen every year?

The first home 3 are nice prospects and I can envisage them all running in graded novice chases next season.
