Pulled up in the Foxhunters – couldn’t be saved. So 2 in the same race.

I would question whether he could be saved. Just looked a beaten horse when pulled up. No obvious injury, yes he mightnt be able to race anymore but is that enough a reason? RIP

I don’t know I didn’t see it. Can hardly bear to watch after Cheltenham and have been half watching/listening in a cowardly kind of way. I used the words the presenter used when giving the news.

Such sad news
I couldn’t bearto watch this afternoon so I took myself out and checked the results as they came in…I will watch Cue Card tonight and Annie Power but The Foxhunters..No it would be too painful to see those beautiful horses and know they didn’t make it..

Horses are so fragile and it breaks your heart when they are such trusting servants and this happens..
