If I am there I will post an update – it is currently my reserve meeting for tomorrow.

Ripon is my first choice – but looking at the weather reports it looks as though my 2009 weather jinx continues – I see Redcar (another I am planning to go to) is already in serious doubt on Sunday

Oh I`ll be there Paul. I want to win the big race. Just thought to get a bit of advance on the going.

    Roddy

I’m about 40m west of Market Rasen, and it’s hammered down all day; be surprised if the ground isn’t very soft tomorrow.

I agree, but I often wonder that, if the horse had been ridden differently during the race there would have been less need for such a strong finish? Sour grapes I suppose, in that he always seems to beat horses that I’ve backed in the process!
