KFallon has been known to be a fair and kind person in the weighing room with regard to less experienced and younger jockeys.
Let’s not forget; he did not ride out his apprentice claim; did not get the rides to do so; and was not wanted. His talent was certainly not recognised then.
So….. what does a young jockey do to get rides? What does a young jockey do to keep riding? And, if established, and there is a wish to break with certain ties and connections, how is this possible? You owe them.
If the HRA are going to rigorously protect those who "frankly" tell all, and then take steps to protect the next generation of jockeys, this is very good news. I hope it happens.
November 30, 2008 at 02:38 #193266AS much as am against drugs in racing the support for Fallon says it all.
His friends are standing by him and I suppose there are worse things in life than having a snort……..hopefully he will appreciate the support and take this second chance by the horn and not "BLOW" it
Not to be able to ride whether it be a top Jock or a stable lad is probably worse than not having the tools you require when Jessica Alba comes calling.
November 30, 2008 at 02:46 #193268How many tools do you need Fist? Surely just the one! Unless your refering to a snort of Viagra!
