January 10, 2013 at 19:34 #425889A tiny horse with a very big heart. Very sad news indeed.
The little warrior deserved a long and happy retirement; such a shame it was not to be.
RIP Katchit.
January 10, 2013 at 20:20 #425896I will never forget his Champion Hurdle win, and seeing him come down the straight at Cheltenham.
Rest in peace Katchit!
Amazing, and brave horse!
January 10, 2013 at 21:14 #425907Katchit was one of my Dad’s favourite hurdlers of recent years. A hard-as-nails pocket rocket. There aren’t many small horses that achieved what this fine one did.
RIP Katchit.
January 12, 2013 at 23:17 #426116Very Very Sad.
Was tough as old boots and it was so exciting watching him defy the odds and win the Champion Hurdle.
RIP Boy.
