I will need one or two bets to get rid of the rustyness. To get back into the swing of things i will try and notch up a couple of winners. I wouldn’t hold my breathe though.

Cheltenham 255 Pigeon Island 6/1

It’s not the most sensible of bets to go against an odds on favourite who is currently around 1/2(Snap Tie), or a Nichols horse that is second favourite(Rippling Ring). However it’s the start of the season. and if Snap tie dosen’t take to the chases then the Pigeon in my view is the one most likely to take advantage. I think he has good enough ability. There’s only 5 in the field so why not ?

p.s let’s hope it drifts. I love a drifter.

Fell 2 out when in contention. Only saw 2 races and both times horses leading/contending fell at the second last.

Cheltenham 350 – Kennel Hill 40/1

A tough type that will give it’s all. The odds suggest it will inevitably fail, but if it does it won’t be for a lack of effort.

Novices Chase Cheltenham 500 – Martys Mission 8/1

Kangaroo Court is always going to be the one to beat. So i will look to oppose him incasse he dosen’t take to this race. MM should go well and is a capable type.

Kennel Hill falls at the second last when being brought down by a faller. I dunno if he had a chance, wasn’t far behind so it’s difficult to tell. I felt he was going well and would’ve been up there.

Everyone should try and get a price for Martys Mission to fall 2 out !

Reve De Sivola 6/4

Even though i have 1833 for the Ballymore, i kinda think that a horse of Reve De Sivolas ability is perhaps a bit steep first time out. Please drift more Reve mate.
