Why is Classic Blade so over priced? 8/1.
My tissue price is half that 4/1.
Impressive at Salisbury last time on good-firm. Won well on good-soft earlier. Has a markedly round action. Stays the trip. May well be able to get a soft lead. Improving, genuine. Form not far off the best in the race.
Prolific ran well enough at Ascot on firm, got beat on good-soft, will he act on soft? Should stay the extra furlong.
Sayif has done nothing, could be anything but very opposable at the price.
Have saved on Effort, stable in much better form than when last seen at Ascot. Could well improve.Mark

Good luck with Classic Blade Ginger, I’ve gone for Effort place myself and layed Sayif.
July 10, 2008 at 13:51 #172665Classic Blade should love the ground more than most, he’d be the pick for me.
One who should definitely love the ground later on the card is Versaki in the 345. However the money for Chapplehyams horse is somewhat worrying.

July 10, 2008 at 18:56 #172723Well done Ginge good shout, I went for Effort like some of the other poster’s and thought McEvoy looked after him, maybe one for next time.
