the 3.35 looks to be an extreamly competetive affair but TOMMY SPAR should relish the fast conditions. he was on 4l behind iron man a couple of runs ago at stratford, where imo he could have finished perhaps 2l closer if not for a blunder at the last, and today gets a handy pull at the weights.
the application of blinkers first time should ensure a positive ride from brennan. 6/1 gen.

also at a much bigger price in the 4.40 i like the look of MISS MIDNIGHT e/w. the horse has never won but has shown some ability on a couple of occasions, and now is starting to look feasably handicapped and has a good claiming jockey aboard. again, hopefully she will be given a positive ride as this looks to be a pretty poor race. 16/1 b365 looks big
