Both with quite visibly serious injuries but not reported anywhere as far as I can see.

The racing post used to say Fatally injured but seems to have dropped it from the post race comments.

Not as transparent as the sport likes to make out!

They didn’t bother reporting Not Never either and I have noticed it’s an increasing common trend. Not sure whether it’s deliberate or just lazy but, either way, they need to up their game (though, to be fair, I still haven’t seen any official confirmation of Jimmy’s Sister’s demise)

It sometimes helps to look at a horse’s profile on RP.

    Jimmy’s Sister

    Whenitcomestoit

    TrainerBen Case (Last 14 days: 0-5, 0%)

And RP did report it in the race result for Jimmy’s Sister.

    4. Jimmy’s Sister 150/1
    Craig Nichol
    Tom Gretton
    6
    1012
Held up, went wrong and pulled up and dismounted before 4th; fatally injured (op 100/1)

I agree, they don’t always do so though, nothing for Whenitcomestoit in the race result.

    RIP both.

The race result for Jimmy’s sister must have been updated in the last few days as it wasn’t reported initially or when I checked around a week later.

Yes, most likely. Probably not all staff at work since it was the holiday period.
