“He really has become an irritating git”.
He always has been. The way he cycles around with a camera on his head, seeming to look for confrontation with motorists is particularly annoying.
Richard Hoiles discussed the issue earlier in the week. His “opponent” was the usual type of posh boy idiot. Hoiles well and truly owned him.
