RP Spotlight
A competitive event, but also one in which every competitor has questions to answer. A precedent for winning off a similar mark over C&D at this time of year, coupled with Scott Dixon´s decent start as a trainer recently, is just enough to get THUNDERSTRUCK the vote despite his extended losing streak. Fellow C&D scorers Archie Rice (class and mark) and Choral Festival (keenness), along with the resurgent Aerodynamic (trip), can get involved if overcoming their own respective issues adequately. Top work sir!!
January 5, 2012 at 00:43 #385615Bless you, tbracing, very kind! If I’m honest the SP says more about how off-beam I was with the tissue than anything else (17-2 I put him in as, and I wasn’t as close as I’d like with a few others), but I’ll always happily take a nice-priced winner in a handicap over an odds-on winner in a hiding-to-nothing maiden any day of the week.
Hope you were on!
