The S.O. just said told me that ‘some claiming jockey had beaten all the big guns at Exeter in a four horse race’. ‘Who was that?’ I asked..’Oh, some girl’, was the reply. A light bulb went off over my head..”not called Isabel, is she?’. Hurrah for Isabel; Hope I can see the replay somewhere!

December 5, 2010 at 19:20 #331304Isn’t she just. Very much hope to see her at Lydstep on the first day of the Welsh Pointing season, Sunday, January 2nd. Very much hope Chesnut Annie will be back in action early enough for the mare to be one of her rides on the day. A splendid partnership!

December 6, 2010 at 21:46 #331414They couldn’t be persuaded to bring Chesnut Annie to Kingston Blount or Charing sometime could they Jeremy. The rider is well worth following as she gives everything a really good ride. Vastly underrated by those who don’t follow pointing closely, but highly rated by those that do.
