Two I like here.
MASTER MATT ew 16/1
Great draw in stall 20. Was 2nd over CD in August as well as winning here over 5f the same month. Ground isnt an issue. Nice racing weight, decent 3lb claimer booked. Only a 3yo and has more to come and a big run looks likely here.
SCORCHING HEAT ew 18/1
Would have needed his first run for 423 days and then most likely bounced on his 2nd run back from a long break. So those runs can be forgiven.
He showed that he still retains his ability last time (only beaten 1 3/4 lgth over CD) and should be bang on this time on his 3rd run back. If that is thE case then he is very well handicapped from 83 today and will take the world of beating. Fairly drawn in the middle.I like the look of master matt myself potato, has ran well over the track but the ground is slightly putting me off him, i may have a bit e/w at the off
Castletownshend @33/1 e/w for a small bet, again has ran well at the track, slipping down the weights, decent claimer on board and running off a light weight, 6 places ill be hoping he can run one!
