hope that paid for a nice holiday for you:)
March 15, 2007 at 15:41 #46506Thanks Lovely lady.:) Having told everyone who would listen that it would win it is nice to not look like a total fool.
You won’t of done badly from it either?
March 15, 2007 at 15:46 #46507lol..not as much as you I imagine.
we got a bit lucky there with the fall…but it seemed a gruelling race, he’d have had to be tough to win that I think, BJK I mean. Hope you didn’t panic when Drever was under the whip a mile out…
March 15, 2007 at 15:46 #46508Well done to Paddy Brennan, rode Johnson to sleep, challneging wide and stoking him up whilst Johnson was finding trouble on the inner going to 2 out.
March 15, 2007 at 15:49 #46509Glad to see Inglis Drever win and glad to see Black Jack is OK.
First the favourite falling early in the Champion Chase now the World Hurdle. Robbed the race of some of its interest. Worthy winner though.
March 15, 2007 at 16:16 #46510<br>Poor old Graham Wylie therefore ends up with ugliest trophy of the week.
If you missed the presentation, it’s a cut glass globe about 2 – 3 ft across with a rudimentary map of the continents etched onto it, the whole being held in what looked like a chrome plated frame – Ughhhh!
What a tough horse he is to keep coming back after so many seemingly hard races.
