Or how to look the biggest D*ck in the world! Nah I’ll leave that to Oscar Pistorius.
Anyone else comes out with a statement like that and eyebrows get raised, when I say it the masses think Oh No he’s finally lost the plot but TAPK loves to push boundaries and push himself. This year the works been done and its time to reap those rewards.I’ve backed all my team at double figure prices already, everyone e/w of course and I have a few lays up my sleeve.I’ll be working this thread from scratch though and all prices will be from this point onwards.Just to make things more difficult I’ll lay my ‘Losers’ at prices prior to running even though I’d normally only lay in running to short prices like 1/3,1/5 etc just to protect myself.Same with the ‘Winners’,I wont be mentioning my huge Ante-Post prices on here its all about starting with a blank canvas and painting a masterpiece in the 4 days of Cheltenham.
I have nothing to gain from this as I am already a legend, trouble is legends live and die by the sword! 8)

When TAPK is planning his world famous coups it pays to get his hands dirty and a recent trip up to Doncaster on a recce on

    Holywell

paid dividends as I had the pleasure of talking to my fav National hunt trainer Jonjo O’Neill about several of his Cheltenham team and I still cant swap this fellow for what always looked the ideal target in the 3m handicap chase on day 1.My only reservations about this fellow is his jumping ability, particularly around a course like Cheltenham,he’s been well ‘educated’ round the gaffs for this but this is the Festival and a horse needs to be on the ball.Richie Mclernon knows the horse and a repeat ride like last years Pertemps victory will do for me.I also had a good chat with

    Time for ruperts

Lass that day at Donny and got some good pics of this old pal of mine. What became quite apparent was how ‘Rupert’ was being allowed to come back to himself in his own time,I certainly got the impression that this fellow was still held in the highest regard.
When I have serious money down which is quite rare compared to others I cant just watch my horse in a race.I’m watching everything looking for jumping errors that help slow the opposition down and the day

    Synchronised

won the Gold cup I was super confident about what he would do and how he would do it,But I recall vividly the race

    Time for Rupert

ran that day and he was my ‘eyecatcher’.That was only 4 runs ago incredibly so to see this fellow sat on 10-9,getting a stone of his stablemate ‘Cantlow’,I cant ignore the 25/1 Bet365 are going.

    Holywell

£100 win Ladbrokes 10/1 Nrnb Festival Chase

    Time for rupert

    £100 e/w 25/1 Bet365 Nrnb.

    £300

No pressure Gord but seeing as I have watched about 3 NH races this season I am going to be following you and the Ginge this Cheltenham. So I will be all over Holywell and Time for Rupert as well as Vautour in the first.

Hurricane Fly is all class though and I expect him to win again.

    Anyway best of luck mate!

Here we go then…..Good luck to all,we’ll need some but nows the time to test our judgement.
This ‘Irving’ could be described as the new ‘My Tent’ and we all know what happened in this last year! I’m not laying this fav but I do feel that

    Vautour

is the better horse.TAPK prides himself on his ‘Supreme’ judgement and I’m sticking with this fellow.

    Vautour

    £250 win 4/1 Ladbrokes.

    I’ve always said

    Trifolium

will make a better chaser than hurdler and his ‘Supreme’ form says he’s a player here in the Arkle, trouble is so too is ‘Champagne Fever’.I dont see any flaws in the ‘Ricci’ horse and was hoping he’d step up in trip so if anything might beat him its the fact this trip could be too short.’Trifolium’ would have preferred a bit more cut but he will love the 2m trip.I’m not playing on here as I’ve already played elsewhere! Come on

    Trifolium

Terrible start. I changed my mind at the last minute and backed Irving then I was all over Champagne Fever!

Think I’ll stick to the flat.

I want to lay ‘Hurricane Fly’ in running at 1/2 and less but I’ll put him up as a lay on here if he goes into 5/2fav! He’s up against 2 phenomenal young pretenders and a couple of Irish ‘talkin’ horses, the odds and stats are against the old boy imho.

You’ve no idea how much I’d like your run of lays come to an end if you put the Fly up
