I think Elliott is the best trainer about , however I think Envoi Allen is in the wrong race , I think he,ll get done up the hill in the Ballymore and should be in the supreme,s , are there any other you guys have been entered wrongly …by the way I’m not talking through my pocket .. I’ve managed to get my early antepost bets in the right races thankfully …lol doesn’t mean theyll win

I can sort of see what you are meaning from his last performance, however, this is the easier race IMO. The main dangers don’t have the form or experience some of he horses have in the Supreme. Also the distance, while it’s obviously further, it tends to be run more sensibly than the all action Supreme. So i’d disagree. I don’t think he’s all of a sudden a 2miler. He’s always been viewed as a staying chaser in the making.

Hindsight is 20/20 so make the most of it!

Baffled that allaho is running in the RSA not in the marsh

It’s a much easier option and he is very keen at times

Bounced out in front over 2m5f I think hed be hard to beat

And honeysuckle should be running in the champion hurdle

One thing I’d say about the ballymore is that a lot of the horses taking on envoi allen have raw ability but I think they are horses for next year

Especially the big getaway and big breakaway

Envoi may just be too streetwise for them at this stage

But when I watch his prev races I see him using his speed to get away from the field but I think at the end he,s just about to hit the wall …we,ll soon see

Would hav preferred the cashel man to be in the ballymore and power away, but still, like ive said since envois last race, hes a non stayer if something goes out and doesnt let him dictate

Battleoverdoyen should be in the four miler !! Well nearly four mile now. I think he would have been ideally suited to trotting round in this rather than a stride quicker in the RSA!!
I also think A Plus Tard would have won the Champion Chase on this ground and chances to win one of the Championship races don’t come around too often!

And as an aside maybe Elliott is keeping Envoi and Abracadabras apart :good:

Understand your thoughts on battle raymo but with the ground I was always sure they,d go RSA , he,ll go from the front and test the others jumping , I reckon a plus tard is in the right race , he,d go close but I wouldn’t see him winning

BDD and Honeysuckle should both be in the CH; probably be 1st and 2nd fav

Benie should be in the stayers taking on paisley park

I’d be very surprised if she had the pace to win a champion hurdle
