I was referring to Mr Jonathan Ross.

    No, really?

I was certainly not referring to an Australian television news presenter.

Homes under the Hammer was worth watching today – there was a house in Upper Lambourn for auction, and the buyer was no other than Jamie Osborne!

Infact, today was pretty good for racing related stuff on the Beeb. As well as Homes under the Hammer, there was the following:

Cash in the Attic: A mother and son tried to raise some money to send their horse to a stud farm. There was also some coverage of them at Exeter racecourse.

Flog It: A painting of 1862 Derby winner Caractacus came up for auction, and if I remember correctly, made about £2,500!!

I’d prefer if they showed more actual racing!
