Surely no planning should have won this race?1 little tap from the whip was all that was necessary from young Cook,the 1st and third were both slapped a good dozen times or so yet No planning wasn’t touched?Had the young lad thought he was home and hosed once he passed find the key on the home run and was just unfortunate or what?I lost a few pound on it so i might be seeing what i want to see and i don’t like to be harsh on a young lad but it looked very poor!
