    After his appearance on the Morning Line had a look at his website and he was syndicating a High Chaparral gelding for over £46,000 after it had cost less than half that at the sales a few weeks ago.The training fees work out at £3,360 a month.

    Anyway following him being on the morning line the horse is now fully subscribed, seems poor value to me, looks like the purchase price has been doubled and the training fees are double what they should be.

    Anyone any experience of Henry Ponsonby and consider his syndicates good value for money?

    If you read my thread just posted on "Tommo the terrible tipster" the associated article from The Observer mentions Mr Ponsonby’s tipping prowess (or otherwise!!).

    I remember he was well into his phone tipping lines in the mid-80’s but I’m not sure what this tells you regarding his abilities as a syndicate manager.
