Strangely enough Peter Tobin the serial killer and sex offender did a wee job in Scotland.

I almost bought a house he owned and lived in on the south coast.

I did a viewing but didn’t like the cellar !

While I was drinking a coffee opposite the house and thinking of pros and cons – a guy pulled up on a motorbike and ordered a coffee. Strangely enough he was no Steve McQueen impersonator, but a middle aged architect and proceeded to give me a long list of reasons why not to buy the property, and never once mentioned the dank eerie strange smelling cellar.
