I am having another spell where I find it hard to cope with what are I would consider quite minor tasks and so again I am forced into taking a break.
However, I have found a useful tool which may help either find or improve the selection process. Perhaps it is a, use as you will or not at all but if I may I offer it to those who may be interested as a small Christmas present.
At The Races, web site.
Race cards, select all those for any given meeting.
Scroll over each horse, one at a time and an info. box will appear.
IMO this box offers as much data as an average system worker requires but where a horse excels the type will be shown in bold type.
I have only had 1 selection with a score of 10 – it lost
2 with 9, 1 winner at 4/1
1 with 8 which also lost
3 with 7, 2 winning returns.7 selections returning 13pts at level stakes.
A small (very small) sample but I have only just stumbled upon the idea, I have ignored those pesky odds on and have no idea if they won or not. It takes time to check each horse of the day and may have contributed towards my general malaise.
I will drop in soon I hope, when feeling better and hope to find this idea has been expanded on.
