POINT LYNAS has had 3 runs at York over a mile. He was a head behind in second at the Ebor festival, same result previous to that when 2nd in this race last year and in a 3 year old handicap he was first past the post only to be demoted sue to interference. Handles good, firmer, good to soft just fine so whatever the weather decides is AOK.

Dutch Decoy 6-1 bog ew 5 places. Backed him last time and he ran very well, so no obvious reason to desert him here.
I’m a bit conflicted because I don’t massively like anything in here at the prices at least but Dutch Decoy is a terrible favourite crying out to be taken on. He’s a lovely consistent horse, he’ll probably place but he’s never the favourite of this sort of handicap unless its a very ordinary one. Maybe it is
Northern Express nearly won this last year coming with a great
run just beaten nse and 1/4l and won next time out at York. He’s

I was on Northern express. Point Lynas I was concerned about being able to win off the front in a head wind and I didn’t think the ground would still be so good. Kicking myself for not atleast putting a saver on
