Where do we go from here? A maiden at Gowran to a Group One in France. Who is the best of the Ballydoyle bunch?Another hot pot turned over by a stable companion. It is beginning to look like Cape Blanco could be the best of the lot of the Galileos. What is the best of the Montjeus at Ballydoyle?

I like Jan Vermeer i throught he looked good when he won his maiden on fast ground, and i backed him on sunday knowing the grd would suit.I think the fact that he has won on g/f and heavy gr makes him a very intresting horse for nexts yr derby. He looks a very good prospect.

Soft lead and a 4 length start on soft ground was only ever going to result in one thing.

Personally don’t think the form will amount to much and the Derby quotes are laughable.

The runners up in both the French and the Doncaster races are almost identical in form.I take it that the quotes for the respective winners of those races are equally laughable ,so where does that leave us? Should we look else where for a bet on the Derby? What about my choice Cape Blanco What price is he for the Derby?
