I bought Mary Berry’s new book today Steve published February 2015 entitled Absolute Favourites. I spoke with her agent just this last hour and he’s booking me in next week for a signature and photo and top secret discussion’s on the Irn Bru éclair recipe, oh it’s a secret, I’ve said too much already, must dash…..!!
I’ve heard a rumour that there’s no Irn Bru in the recipe. Maybe that’s just helped make the eclair more appealing?
