44.Whinstone BoyI would really, really love it if Flintoff won the GN. I’d find it hilarious. Coleman picking the wrong horse two years in a row! He deserves it as punishment for not picking Mon Mome last year. Normally, I could have understood someone rejecting Mon Mome, but the alternative was Stan, who everyone bar 2 or 3 people in the whole world considers a non-stayer. Why pick a horse with no chance instead of a horse with a small chance?
I’d also like it if State Of Play won, as he is one of my favourite horses, but I wouldn’t like to take a short price, unless there was an assurance that the injury had gone away, and wouldn’t come back. I’m concerned about a back injury, because it means that the horse couldn’t be ridden for a while.
Wonder if the Wilsons would want to take out Mr Pointment to allow Cerium in. Suspect they may both get a run yet though.

Anyone got any thoughts on Royal Rosa? On 10 5, so i guess will just scrape in.
It’s just on oddschecker most bookies going 100s or 150s, but Paddy Power are on their own at only 50s – it’s a price move today from 100s. Interesting or not? Views welcometrainer stated he really wants royal rosa to run, and if it came to it would take abbeybraney out

That’s interesting as Abbeybraney has generally been about 50s (some 66s in places).
