Well done to all at FF – a fine performance and well done to all who posted for TRF – at least we got a team out everyday and made a match of it (sort of)
You lot seemed badly in need of the run, and the 1/6 favourites duly hacked up.
Thanks for participating, and I’m sure that in the future given a bit more notice, you guys will be able to do a lot better.
I hope you all enjoyed it anyway.
Well done to the guys and gals at Final Furlong, they have a very good record in these challenge matches, so it was no disgrace to get beat by them

Very many thanks Ted. I think it’s safe to say we were a bit short of a gallop or two, dwelt in the stalls, spread a plate and coughed after the race. We’ll strip a lot fitter next time out.

Ted, forgive my ignorance, but what is a "4PP" ?
I think if TRF played their Strongest hand,you would need a Royal Flush to beat the "4 Aces" and i would go 10/11 TRF and 11/10 FFYes, I’m sure we could do that.

Yep – the artillery are being mustered, the naval fleet have called reveille and the TRF Air Force are preparing the stealth bombers as I write.
