    Regrettably, Michael Scudamore lost his handicap chaser Gleann An Sagart to a fatal fall in the 2m chase at Newton Abbot yesterday.

    The former Irish-trained gelding had won one Stratford novice handicap for these connections, to go with two Cork hurdles and a Limerick bumper.

    Condolences to connections, and rest easy, Gleann An Sagart.
