First ever European winner of the Breeders Cup Turf Sprint.
Great training performance from Kevin Ryan , and hopefully a boost for northern racing , being trained at Malton.
Full credit to the owners for sticking with Tom Eaves , as they must have been tempted to choose a top local rider. I thought he gave a great performance in the saddle.Beautiful performance and well done to connections.
Also a nice price on the Tote, since she returned 11.2.Brilliant, love Glass Slippers, well done all connections.

The O’Brien tricast in the Mile was just too incredible to be true, but I didn’t get it.
Well done to him J.P. Boudot, also to Dermot Weld, Colin Keane and the rest of the winning bunch.Congratulations to Glass Slippers, but I much preferred the days of the BC ‘Big 4’ without all these other races tacked on.

Only just seen this glowing tribute to the achievement of Glass Slippers in the States and have to say how much I love her too, I have followed her ever since she beat Battaash in the Abbaye and at the BC she really showed what a gutsy mare she is.
Can’t wait to see her progeny when she finally retires to stud and just thought what a pairing with Blue Point might produce, a friend of mine checked through both the pedigrees and that match is a possibility.
