My other bet on this race won’t be until tomorrow morning.

If you can get more of the 10/1 than I suggest putting 40 on OF and 15 M.

Value Is EverythingJune 20, 2015 at 08:50 #1107756Queen Alex really does look a three horse race.
Wicklowe Brave won a lesser race than this last time out on only his second flat start with any amount in hand. Should win this on hurdles form if he’s equally effective on firm ground (action suggests should not be a problem).
Marzocco looks a one paced plodder, crying out for this trip. Fifth in the St Leger. Sure to go close if in the mood. Ignore last time out, Meydan came just 16 days after a Chelmsford win and runs well after a break.
Oriental Fox is game, genuine and consistent and stable in good form. Staying is his game. Yard have plenty of stayers at home to judge his fitness for reapearence. Wasn’t expecting 10/1 ! Has a great chance.
Rawaki probably has the ability for this. However… Stays 2m but does not impress as an out and out stayer. Travels easily through his races, sometimes pulling, effective at 1m4f and doesn’t win often enough. I was at Salisbury last time getting his head in front, a poor quality race.
Times Up is a favourite of mine. Would win this if at his best, but now a 9 year old and everything about him recently suggests his time is up.
Teak is tough, but is nowhere near good enough to win an average running. Could get a place but my three bets need to be well below form for Teak to shine.
Brave Richard is unbeaten in bumpers, but needs to step up dramatically on that form here.
Forget the rest.
Three at the top of the market have a much better chance than betting suggests imo. Even thought about putting them in forecasts.

Shame Pricewise has tipped up Music Mster this morning. Just seen a TV interview about the horse on RUK confirming came back all wrong after Haydock. Henry Candy in awful form at that time and now in excellent form. Every reason to believe he’ll run a lot better and at his best isn’t far behind the best of these.

Wanted to reduce my liabilities, but don’t want to lay any of my main bets, so the only alternative is reducing the saver bet. Doesn’t seem much confidence in the Aussie horse so:
LAY 15 points @ 4/1 (betfair) Brazen BeauValue Is EverythingJune 20, 2015 at 11:21 #1107917I see WH are offering 10/3 against Oriental Fox without both the favourites in the 17.35. This may be of interest if it’s a 3 horse race.

Absolutely Kasparov, well spotted! Very interesting if only they’d allow me an account.
I’ll put the bet up for my follower though…Value Is EverythingJune 20, 2015 at 11:34 #1107938<div class=”d4p-bbt-quote-title”>Gingertipster wrote:</div>

If you haven’t backed anything yet, ignore Wicklowe and Marz and just do this one for 80 points.Value Is EverythingJune 20, 2015 at 11:42 #1107943If you’ve got an account with VC or Betway too, 4/5 is a good price in a match between Oriental Fox and Rawaki.
Value Is EverythingJune 20, 2015 at 11:49 #1107946…What I’ve just done is back Oriental Fox 9/2 and saved on Marzocco 7/2 in the betting without the fav market.
