Today is the start of the AW season , you all know my view on it , lets not mince words …its bent to the core (in my opinion of course)
So today I want all you followers to keep a record of all your bets , the good things , the one’s you fancy for your life ….back them with your money or some imaginary money !!!…come back to me at the end of March and tell me how much you made or lost

Get ready for the 0/55 blast …all the fiddlers are ready and waiting , the music is playing , all that’s missing is your losing cash …..so go on , lose on the AW . you know you want to

Absolutely Ricky, and on your spreadsheet, don’t forget to fill in all the details of all those bent runs you promised us you were going to expose this AW season.
BTW, I don’t bet. Can I just crayon mine in with flowers?

October 30, 2014 at 12:24 #493796It is the lack of Prize Money that is key to skulduggery Ricky. Not whether it is on the AW or Turf.
Value Is EverythingOctober 30, 2014 at 12:32 #493799Ginger . spot on …100 per cent right …but its still allowed to happen , we are about to have 5 months of it wall to wall
Still if I get one person to think about it , this thread will have been worthwhile
I suspect the usual mugs will do their cash almost as if sleepwalking

get those reality glasses on …your sounding a bit Gamble like in recent times

So why pick on the AW?
You’d get a better response by encouraging a better standard of race in AR instead of AW. "ALL RACING"; Jumps, Turf Flat and All Weather.Value Is EverythingOctober 30, 2014 at 12:53 #493802There’s just as much skullduggery in races with generous prize money. Tell me that Get Me Out Of Here and Buena Vista have been honestly campaigned over the years without using the wishy-washy phrase ‘Spring horse’ or talking about ‘sun on their backs’.
October 30, 2014 at 13:12 #493803All true Gents ,,but the fact remains …wall to wall 0/50..0/55..0/60 for the next 5 months …. the chances of fiddling are high to massively likely
just remember 13 runners in wolves competing for a total pot of 3k …is bordering on the insane …who pays the cost ???
why you of course

All the caveats apply (imo etc )

Disagree TYF,
Yes, there’s some at higher levels, your latter example particularly eye catching. But in my experience nowhere near as much as the poorer grades.Although even then it’s less than some people believe.
Value Is EverythingOctober 30, 2014 at 17:53 #493826Why didnt you start a thread asking "how do the winning punters on the AW racing do it" rather that assume only mugs bet on it?
AW racing is and always has been a rich source of profit just like any other code of racing if you take the time to find out how.
October 30, 2014 at 18:45 #493830Sparkle …welcome to the main section of the forum , I see you have done a few posts on the joys of Arbing ,,,and good on ya

However I wonder just what you know about AW racing or in fact racing in general . apart from backing with a view to laying for a profit
do tell

I don’t really understand this – has nothing to do with the question I posed.
I was referring to a post back in April when you claimed there were scores of bent runs every day. When people asked for some details of such runs, you said:
"I will respond with details to back up my opinion when I consider it appropriate, then I assure you there will be some raised eyebrows."
Six months on and we’ve received no such details. However, to be fair, it hasn’t been the AW season. Now the season is in full swing I look forward to you revealing these daily occurrences so we can understand the problem you are talking about.
Not much to ask surely? Fair enough?

Thank you for the welcome.
Whether AW racing is any more bent than any other code of racing or any other aspect of life, politics, business, sport or religion/philosophy I wouldn’t know but do doubt.
It is true people who have taken the trouble to research angles and exploit betting market errors (esp the live markets)do in fact make money. There is public information available that proves this point you dont need to take my word for it.I know this from firsthand experience which is why I disagree with your "no one can make money betting on the AW" stance.
October 30, 2014 at 23:19 #493861Love your post ricky but as other people have said its not only the AW that is bent, as I’ve said before the Martin Dwyer/Paul Mulrennan "cheating" tape has been quite conveniently forgotten and unfortunately the more I look into racing in this country the less I like it.

If ever a gambler tells you that "no one can make it pay" whatever the medium of gambling or sport involved, that always, always means that
they
can’t make it pay.

I have the list of races that I CONSIDERED to be totally bent
but ,,,there are legal issues , so no publication
however I invite you to take a closer look yourself , dont take my word for it
cheers
October 31, 2014 at 11:51 #493890Sparkle
yes your theory applies to all sports and yes I agree
however this thread and loads of previous ones have been casting a giant shadow over the integrity of a heap of races on the AW in winter especially
I very much doubt if you know about that !!!
but have a look and see what I mean ….watch all of the aw races ,look at the markets , look at the amounts traded on obvious non triers , look at the same number of people doing it over and over
When you have finished the 5 months , I promise you will have a different point of view
It might be a good idea to turn the telly on mute . …study the money movement , particularly in the last 5 minutes before the dross starts , and then watch the fun unfold
do not attempt to risk your money ,,this stuff is dynamite
cheers (in my opinion etc )

Well, there’s only ‘legal issues’ if you’re publish complete made-up rubbish.
Just to be clear then, when you said
"I will respond with details to back up my opinion when I consider it appropriate, then I assure you there will be some raised eyebrows"
this actually means you’re not going to respond with any details whatsoever?
And in the light of you providing absolutely zero evidence we’re still supposed to believe all you say?
