If I am in abetteing shop and want a price I write the bet down with the price on it,,,,,,,,,,say 500 quid at 6/1……if they say I can have 200 quid at 6/1 and the rest at SP…….the manager changes my line accordingly and signs it while he is still on the phone. Sometimes they ask me to write out 2 lines and you better hope the price doesn’t change while you are doing it cios they can still refuse your bet.
The head office the knows exactly what they have laid and can work accordingly. And yes they should also pay you if you did exactly that.
If you asked then walked away wrote a line out and went back and put the bet on 3 or 4 mins later ..that is where the problem might be…….anyway, whatever happens, you won’t make the same mistake again………….I hope you get paid but I really doubt you will.
